A Snowy Christmas PSP- I used V8 but it should work with all. Animation Shop VDL-Snowflakes Tube and Image of choice-I used the wonderful work of Angie Monasterio. You can purchase Angies art and a license from CILM. Please note I purchased this tube when she was a member of MyPSPTubes. Font of choice-I used Riesling Scrapkit HERE Scrapkit is used with permission from Melissa of Sentimental Style Lets get started! 1.Open up a new raster layer 550 x 550 2. Open up a paper of choice. Make it your background fill with black in forground size 5.00 3. Open up your preset shapes and draw out a rectangle. Convert to raster 4.Copy and paste your choice of frame from the scrapkit and give it a drop shadow. 5.Using your magic wand select inside the frame. 6.Copy and paste your image as a new layer.Position 7.On your frame layer-Selections invert 8.Back your image and hit delete. Select none. 9. Now is the time to add any embellishments of your choice. 10.Copy and paste the circle frame as a new layer 11.Copy and paste your tube and position. 12. Add your � and watermark 13. Add your text of choice. 14. Click on your image layer and add a new layer(make sure it is above image but below frame) 15.Effects, VDL Snowflakes with the following settings or your own.
17. Edit, copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop. 18. Back to psp, edit undo select none, undo effect. 19. Effects, VDL Snowflakes again but move the random buttom.. 20. Repeats step 17,18 and 19.. but with #19 move the random button again. 21. You should now have 3 frames in animation shop 22. Resize animation 23.View Animation 24. Save file as.
