Let's Start Shall We!

1. Open a new transparent image 500 x 500

2. Select your rectangle preset shape, foregound white, background null and a width of 10.00

3. Draw out a reasonable size rectangle, see my tag for reference and then convert to raster and position.

4. Select your deform tool and drag out the top of your rectangle by 1-2 squares. See my tag forrefernce.

5. Select your rectangle preset again, same settings as before and draw out a small rectangle and convert to raster. See my tag for reference.

6. Move this rectangle underneath the large one so it looks like a plaque

7.Magic wand inside of your large rectangle, Selections, modify expand by 5.

8. Copy and paste a paper of choice and move it below the rectangle frame.

9.On your rectangle, Selections invert and then hit delete on the paper layer. Select None.

10. Magic wand inside of your large rectangle frame again. Selections invert by 3.

11. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, and position.

12.On your rectangle frame, selections invert and then hit delete on your tube layer. Select None

13. I colorized my tube to make it Black and white. This is optional to you.

14.Now magic wand inside of the white part of your smaller rectangle. and flood fill with a silver color or gradient. Select None

15. Now magic wand in the inside of the rectangle, selections, modify expand  by 3. Layers, new layer and flood fill with color of choice.

16. Merge visable your large frame, tube and paper. Drop shadow 2,2,40,5.00 Black

17.Merge visable small rectangle and fill. Drop shadow 2,2,40,5.00 Black

18. Open up a paper of choice and paste as a new layer. Resize if necessary

19. Layers, new mask layer from disk, select your mask and click ok.

20. On your layers palette, delete mask layer and merge group. Move this layer to the bottom

21. Layers, new raster layer and flood fill with white, Move to the bottom below the mask layer.

22. Copy and paste a flower of choice as a new layer, resize by 30%. Repeat with another flower of choice.

23.Place both so they are slightly overlapping, Merge visable these 2 layers

24. Filters, Mura Meisters copies and use the following settings.

25. Resize by 130% and move the layer above the mask but below the other layers.

26. Add any other embellishments of choice to your tag.

27. Add your �Information including any licence #'s

28. Add your text of choice

29. If your happy its now time to save. File save as and save your file.
