Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP 9 but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

Filters Needed: Xero Porcelain, Xenofex 2 Constellation

Tube/Image of choice: I am using the most cutest tube made by Kim Harlow. You can purchase her art from CILM. You must have a license to use her art.

Font/s of choice: I used a font called CK Kimono which you can download from scrapNfonts.

Mask of choice: I used a mask made by Kirsty of Kirstys Scraps. You can download her masks from her blog.

Scrapkit of choice: I used a gorgeous scrapkit called Keepsake which was made by Kirsty of Kirstys Scraps. You can download the kit from her blog.

Let's Start Shall We!

1. Open a new Image 500 x 500 and floodfill with white.

2.Copy and paste the matt from the kit as a new layer, resize

3. Copy and paste frame 3 as a new layer and resize it so its smaller then the matt.

4. Magic wand inside of your frame, selections modify expand by 5

5.Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, resize if needed.

6. On your frame layer go to selections invert and hit delete on your paper layer. Select none and move the paper below the frame

7. Magic wand inside of your frame again, Selections, modify expand by 5.

8.Layers new raster layer and paste into selection your tube or image of choice. Select none and move the tube below the frame.

9. Select your tube layer and use the following Xero Porcelain settings.

10.Now copy and paste the papers as a new layer, resize by 35% or a % of choice.

11.Image rotate left 25% and position in the corner of your tag.

12. Copy and paste a pin of choice as a new layer, resize and position so its sitting on the paper and frame.

13.erase a little bit so it looks like the pin is going through the paper.

14.Copy and paste the rose stem as a new layer, resize and position to the side of your frame.

15. Select your frame layer, selections, select all, float defloat and duplicate 3 times.

16. On your first duplicate use the following Xenofex 2 Constellation settings.

17. Repeat for your 2nd duplicate but change the random seed.

18. Repeat for the 3rd duplicate and again change the random see.d

19. On your layers palette, hide the top 2 duplicate layers.

20. Add some embellishments of choice

21.Copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer, resize by 80%

22. Layers, Load mask layer from disk, Select your mask and click ok

23. On your layers palette, delete the mask layer and merge group and move this layer to the bottom above the white layer

24.Add wordart or text of choice to your paper layer. I wrote a little note.

25.Add your name using a different font or the same one.

26.Add your �Information and any license #'s you may hold

27. Copy merged, Open up animation shop and paste as a new animation

28. Back to psp, on your layers palette hide the first duplicate frame and unhide the second.

29. Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

30.Back to psp, on your layers palette hide the second duplicate frame and unhide the third.

31. Edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

32. View animation and if your happy, file save as and follow the prompts.
