A Burst of Yellow Tools needed PSP- I used version 9 but it should work with all. Animation Shop Filter/s- Xenofex Puzzle-One Piece Missing, Mura Meisters Copies and Eyecandy 4000 Swirl Tubes of choice- I used the work of Keith Garvey who is a PTU artist. You can buy his tubes at MPT. You MUST have a license to use his work Font/s of choice-. I used philemon which can be downloaded at FONTS101. Mask of choice- I used WSL_Mask153 which was made by Chelle and can be downloaded from her site Weescotslass under the downloads section. Scrapkit- I used Softly Lemon which is a freebie kit by Fi. You can download this from her blog ScrapsbyFi. Ok.Lets get started. 1. Open a new transparent Image 550 X 500 and flood fill with white 2. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer 3. Select your rectangle preset, Foreground color of choice, background NULL and a width of 15. 4. Draw a rectangle around your tube and convert to raster, give it a drop shadow and move it below your tube. 5.Copy and paste the heart ribbon as a new layer, resize if needed and erase the sections that hang over the frame, move this above your tube layer and position 6. Magic wand inside of your rectangle, selections modify expand by 5 or above and copy and paste a paper of choice as a new layer. 7. On the rectangle layer go to selections invert and hit delete on the paper layer. DO NOT DESELECT. 8.Click on your paper layer and go to Xenofex 2 Puzzle-One Piece Missing and use the following settings. 9. Select none. 10. Copy and paste another paper of choice as a new layer and move it above the white background, open your mask and go to layer, new mask layer from image 11. Select your mask and hit okay, delete the mask layer and merge group. I duplicated it 4 times to make it a bit darker then merged visable the original and duplicates. 12. Open up a flower and paste as a new layer, resize slightly and use the following Mura Meisters copies settings. 13. After using the settings resize by 120% and move it down so its above the mask layer but behind everything else 14. Copy and paste the notebook paper as a new layer resize, rotate left 15% and position below the frame and paper layer, add some wordart of choice or the alpha supplied. 15. Add some other embellishments from the kit, i used a bow and flower vine 16. Add your � Information and text 17. Crop your image but do not merge visable. 18. Magic wand the frame layer, duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers, select the first layer and use the following settings. Eyecandy Swirl 19. select the 2nd layer and repeat the settings but click random, repeat for the 3rd layer. Hide the top 2 layers and edit copy merged and paste as a new animation in animation shop 20. Back to psp and hide the 1st layer and unhide the 2nd layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop 21. hide the 2nd layer and unhide the 3rd layer, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop 22. View animation and if your are happy file save as and follow the prompts. YOUR DONE!
