Tools needed

PSP- I used PSP X but it should work with all.

Animation Shop

Filters Used:DSB-Flux Bright Noise, Tramages-Tow The Line

Tube of choice- I used the wonderful art of PinUpToons which you can purchase from CILM.

Font/s of choice: I used a font called Gardenenia

Mask of choice-- WSL_Mask190 made by Chelle from Weescotslass Tutorials.

Scrapkit- I used a gorgeous scrapkit called In My Garden which was made by Cindi and can be purchased HERE.

Please note if you wish not to purchase this scrapkit you can improvise with anything else.

Lets get started!!!

 

1.Open a new Image 500 X 500

 

2. Copy and paste a frame of choice, I used Window Frame #3 from the scrapkit(If you didnt purchase this kit, please use any frame windows you may have.) Resize my 85%

 

3. Copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer, position and resize if needed.

 

4. Position them so they are in the middle of your canvas.

 

5.Select your bottom layer, open up a paper of choice and copy and paste as a new layer.

 

6. Layers, load mask layer from disk, select your mask, I used WSL_Mask190 made by chelle from weescotsslass.

 

7. On your layers palette,hit delete on the mask layer and merge group.

 

8. Flood fill your bottom layer with color of choice. I used white

 

9.On your mask layer, go to select all, float and defloat. Duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 layers

 

10. On the bottom layer go to DSB-Flux Bright Noise and use the following settings

11. Repeat for the 2nd and 3rd layer but hit mix one time on 2nd layer and 2 times on 3rd layer. Select None. Hide the 2 duplicates

 

12. Select your bottom mask layer and duplicate, bring this layer down. Adjust blur gaussian blur 15.00 and click okay

 

13.Now go to your filters, tramages, tow the line and use the following settings. Click OK.

14.Give this layer a drop shaow of 2,2,40,5,00 Black and click OK

 

15. Open up a flower of choice, I used one from the kit, copy and paste as a new layer and position at the bottom of your tag.

 

16. Copy and paste any embellishments of choice, I used a few that were in the kit, such as a bird, bee, a butterfly and some more flowers.

 

17. Making sure your 2 duplicate mask layers are hidden, go to Edit, copy merged, Open up animation shop and paste as a new layer.

 

18. Back in PSP, hide the first mask layer and unhide the 1st duplicate, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop

 

19. Back to psp, hide the 1st duplicate and unhide the 2nd duplicate, edit copy merged and paste after current frame in animation shop.

 

20. In Animation shop, select all and change your frame properties to 25

 

21. File save as and follow the propts.
