Our names are Michele & Michael Glancy and we would love to extend our family to you and your baby.
This is one of the most important decisions that we will all make in our lives. With your help, we believe that we can provide the loving and caring home that you desire for your child.
A Little Bit About Us
We met in 1992 through mutual friends, a strong basis from which to start. After five fun filled years we celebrated our love and were married on July 19th, 1997. Michele is a reading teacher for 6th and 8th grades. She loves being with her students, reading, writing, and sharing their hopes and dreams. Michele has put together a fantastic collection of children’s book and looks forward to story time with our baby. Michele will be lucky to be a stay at home mom. Michael is a computer consultant in his own business. Flexible hours will allow Michael to be totally involved in our child’s day to day activities, special family occasions, and spend time playing with our child. Michael has been busy getting the nursery ready for our new family member.
We live in Central New York, in a lively village called Baldwinsville. We grew up in this area and chose to stay because it offers a wonderful lifestyle. The Finger Lakes area is beautiful, with crystal clear lakes and rolling hills. Our neighborhood and community is filled with young families and children. We eagerly wait for the day we can be one of the happy couples strolling our child through the nearby parks and nature trails. Rochester is minutes away and is filled with all the great adventures a city offers; zoos, museums, sports, and shopping.
We believe that we would make excellent parents. We have a strong sense of family, a loving home, and a wonderful group of friends and family that will open up their hearts to our child. Given the opportunity to have a child, we would raise them with love, in a supportive family that would allow them to stretch their imagination and their wings.
We know what you’re thinking, we are thinking the same, “How do we make such an important decision?" That is why we would love to talk to you, listen to your thoughts, get to know each other better, and share yours and our hopes for the future.
