Ingredients:
~apple
~strawberry
~raisins
~peanut butter or cream cheese
Materials:
plate
butter knife
cutting board
What you do:
1. Spread peanut butter on a plate. This will be the glue to stick your fruit flower to the plate. If you are allergic to peanut butter,you can use cream cheese.
2. Cut the top of the strawberry off and place it in the middle of the peanut butter.
3. Put some raisins around the strawberry.
4.Cut an apple into eight slices and put them in the peanut butter so that they resemble flower petals.
5. Your fruit flower is ready to eat.
Ingredients:
# 1 cup milk
# 1 cup orange juice
# ice cubes to make 1 cup of crushed ice
# 3 tablespoons sugar
# spoon or ice cream scoop
Materials
# plastic bag
# blender
# rubber spatula
# glass
What you do:
1. Crush the ice by putting the ice cubes in a plastic bag and hitting the bag against a hard surface.
2. Add the milk, orange juice, sugar and crushed ice to the blender
3. Put the cover on the blender, and blend for about 20 seconds until all the ingredients are mixed together.
4. Make sure the blender is completely stopped and take it off its stand. Then pour your Island Milk into a glass. Buen Provecho! (That's Spanish for Bon Appetit!)
