I call myself as Baboos as my friends do.
Who am I ?
I hail from a Alleppey, a small beautiful town in Kerala (the southern most state) in India. Right now, I am a software engineer working in Hewlett Packard, Cupertino.
My Family
My father is a retd Teacher and mother a retd Accounts Officer. Both spending their retired life in my home in Alleppey. Not to mention their search for a groom to me ! I have two lovely sisters. One is in Chennai and the other one in Alleppey. Both are settled with their families and kids.
I love my family !!!
My College
I did my engineering in Mechanical Production from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
My Career Path
After working in Ford India as a project trainee, I knew about the prospects joining in software industry. I did a CORBA XPert training from MDC Futura and started building (starting ?) my career. I joined BharatPlanet Technologies which is a software division for BharatPlanet.com. After working there for around two years, I joined HCL Technologies as a consultant. After 3 years in software industry, my first major break came as an interview with Digital Global Soft which I succeeded. Digital got merged with HP and with in a month I was assigned to work for a project of enhancing Business Operations Support Softwares for Executive Briefing Center, CA, USA. I have been actively working with EBC team for the last 3.5 years.
My Ambitions
Hey ..I am here to stay man.. I love s/w industry.
