Jeanie Sriboon and Michelle Aclaro, friends and bandmates in a band named The Goodbye Kiss (formally known as No Comply), have a conversation on the phone about starting an all-girl band.  They layed it down like this:  Jeanie sings & plays guitar, and Chelle is on the drumset.  All they needed now was a bassist, and someone on rythm guitar. 

Jeanie calls Ren Paulino, and asks her to sing & play bass.  Ren agrees, and then suggests Lynette Mendiola (friend from school, & someone the 3 didn't really know) play rythm guitar.  She's down, and they plan practice & the list of covers they want to do. 

Their first practice took place at Jeanie's house, & they set up with the help of the Brandon/BJ crew.  It was crap.  They didn't really practice at all.  That's because they didn't have anything to practice.  So instead, they made up some band names.  There were thirty names written on a sheet of paper, and only one sounded like a keeper;  Betty & Veronica.

After one practice, Lynette decides to leave the band for whatever reasons.  Then the three girls decide to throw out the list of covers (which was supposed to be stuff from the ramones, descendents, misfits, bikini kill, and seven year bitch.) and decide to do all originals.
