| Strengths | Nico has the best midrange game among the two teams combined. He is a steady performer who is not afraid to bang with much bigger men or faster boys. His knowledge of the game is a notch above average which makes him an integral part of the team on the court. A total team player willing to forego shots for the benefit of the team. | |
| Weaknesses | Although a fairly good shooter, his size will be an issue especially on defense and in his attempt to get a good look at the basket. Will always be a step behind faster opponents so he must use his smarts on defense. He sometimes takes his know-your-role attitude a tad too far, passing up shots that he was better off taking. He needs to work on getting a shot off at will. | |

| Strengths | The Sugar Daddy is easily the best pure shooter in Team B. And for a guy that plays small forward, that easily makes him a Sweetney-type player. Though he is undersized for his position, he makes up for it with excellent body control (translation: gulang). He is also a huge clutch performer as evidenced by his back-to-back dagger threes in a crucial game last season. | |
| Weaknesses | For a guy that shoots so well, he shoots far too few. For a guy that shoots close to 50 percent from the field, he takes less than 5 shots per game. He should also learn how to trust each and every one of his teammates. | |
