Committe Meeting Notes:



Summer Camp-



It was Brought up that maybe we could attend another Camp other than Bonner for High Adventure Purposes.



Results- We will Be handing out Camp information to parents About Camp Bonner.



Scout Sunday- We discussed about the cost of Base Scout Sunday, its 15 dollars for the food and three dollars for the Patch.



Results- We will be looking for a Church out in town to attend so we parcipate in the 12th Law of scouting!



Kinston Campout-



It was mentioned



District Camporee- Waiting for Package notes were passed on from an email received.



Summer Camp Fundraising-



It was suggested that we would do a Summer Camp fundraising because the cost of 220$.



Results- The Scouts can pick up cans, and I suggested a Car Wash



Order of the Arrow in Troop 1438-



It was Proposed that we allow OA into Troop 1438



Results- Committee Strongly against it.



Troop Library Started-



Mr. Matt, Mrs.D Donated Merit Badge Books to Library
