Today I put up a huge mack-daddy update. I have

birthday. She will be 30 tomorrow. Happy

Trick or Slam 2004 baby, Tonight The Toxic Tank,
Biohazzard walked out of the arena the new
champion. That's right we have a new mWo champion,
this makes Biohazzard the first Grand Slam Champion,
meaning he has held every belt in the federation at
least once.

Today is my friend Chris Ford's Birthday. He is 29
this year. I would also like to note that he has
had a great week. He closed on a house and also
got engaged. Hats off to you my friend.
Also today is my other
friend Ben's birthday.

| Finally
I have a site design I am happy with. I know that
nobody really cares, but I do. As of right now I
don't have a links ready to go up. So, yeah this
page right now is a complete waste of time to look at.
On the plus side I
can stop messing around with page design issues and get
to the business of filling my site with content.
What I hope to do is create this page to keep my friends
updated on what is going on in my life. I have a
lot of friends spread, literally, all over the world,
and anybody who knows me knows that I suck at responding
quickly to e-mails. Sorry.
For my Spanish
speaking friends I will be attempting to do some pages
in espanol. I will probably need some help to make
sure that what I say is right. |

What is a Zen Koan?
In traditional Zen, a disciple is given a Koan, a riddle that cannot be solved by the rational mind.
After many attempts, the disciple experiences the answer as a clear reflection of the truth: and with it comes the
realization that all answers come from within oneself. As the Mystic Osho says: "The highest
intelligence is the creative response to now."
