Chapter 6

"Where are we going?" Wufei asked.

"To a bar. We need to relax," Duo said frankly. "I don't think a couple of drinks will hurt."

"Duo, we can't drink and drive," Wufei said dryly.

Duo looked over to Wufei and smiled. "Well, I guess we'll just have to take a cab back then. Come on, Fei, let's just have some fun for once. We haven't hung out in a long time."

"Duo, what's the point of this? Why did you write...what you wrote?" Wufei asked softly as he looked out of the window to stare at the dark streets of downtown. A lot of bars were open and lights were flashing.

Duo was silent for a moment. "Because it's true, Wufei." He pulled into a free parking space in front of a clean looking bar and they both got out. He beeped his car and they walked into the bar without another word.

Once they were settled at a table in a dark corner of the bar they ordered something with alcohol in it.

Wufei stared at his drink as he tried to think of something to say. Gods, he wanted to touch Duo so badly. To be held by Duo. But he couldn't. He had Meiren and he couldn't hurt her like that, it wasn't fair.

"You know, after you left things were pretty hard no matter how much my parents tried to cheer me up," Duo said quietly. "I dated on and off, but you know what, Fei?"

Wufei remained silent.

"It was never the same," Duo continued in the same quiet, thoughtful voice. He looked at Wufei and saw the Chinese man with his eyes closed while his hand gripped the glass of alcohol with almost an inhuman grip. His knuckles were completely white against his golden bronze coloring. "Heero tried his best to help too, you know. He really did like you as a friend even though he doesn't show it. Did I tell you he fell for this quiet guy named Trowa Barton? Damn, both of them make horrible conversationalists."

Wufei took a deep breath and swallowed some of his drink. Duo was right, they did need some alcohol to lessen the tension right now.

Duo lifted his glass. "To love, Fei?"

Wufei looked up and met Duo's passionate eyes and lifted his own glass. "To love."

They both clinked their glasses and downed the whole thing before ordering another one.

A Couple of Hours Later...

"Okay, I am so goddamned drunk," Duo laughed as he leaned heavily against Wufei while they stumbled out of the bar.

"I told you it wasn't a good idea," Wufei slurred. His mind was spinning and he was very, very hot. All he could think about was that Duo was leaning against him and his lips were so very close...

"So, where do we go from here?" Duo asked as he leaned against his car with Wufei right next to him. He looked over to the object of his love and affection and suddenly reached out to push back that lock of black hair that always fell into Wufei's eyes. <So silky...> Without realizing it he undid Wufei's ponytail and ran his fingers through the silky strands of hair that he had loved so much when they were younger.

Wufei closed his eyes and sighed as he leaned against Duo. He almost purred at the wonderful sensation of Duo's fingers massaging his scalp and running through his hair. No one could do it as wonderfully as Duo.

Duo slid his arms around Wufei and pulled him over him. He held Wufei there, the Chinese man lax in his arms. Then he slowly inched forward and captured Wufei's alcohol tasting lips for his own. He kissed Wufei slowly for a moment before running his tongue over Wufei's lower lip, lapping up the alcohol there. The whole action made him dizzy with desire as he pressed Wufei tighter up against him.

Wufei moaned and kissed Duo back without a single thought. "Duo..."

Duo swallowed hard as he was suddenly very sober. He looked at Wufei, taking in the hazy obsidian eyes and the parted lips before he kissed Wufei again.

"Who's place is closer?" Wufei whispered as he laid his head on Duo's shoulder.

"Mine," Duo breathed.

"Then what are you waiting for?"

Wufei gasped as he stumbled into Duo's room with Duo pushing him almost forcefully over to the bed. He fell on top of the covers, pulling Duo over on top of him as the kisses and touching began again. They couldn't touch each other in the car but now they were in the bedroom...

Duo kissed Wufei over and over again before kissing the slim jawline and making his way down the to the smooth neck that was bared to him for easy access. He kissed Wufei tenderly before biting him gently, eliciting a quiet moan from the Chinese man beneath him.

*Liar*

*You want him. You want him to touch you, hold you, love you. Stop lying to yourself, Wufei. Give into what you want*

Wufei was weakening as Duo continued to kiss and caress him in all the places that only Duo knew would set him off.

*Then no regrets?*

<..No regrets>

Pushing aside his insane internal battle, Wufei gave himself completely to Duo. He reached up and ran his fingers through Duo's unraveled braid and kissed Duo deeply as he held him tightly.

"Wufei," Duo moaned as he tore off Wufei's jacket and then began to tug off the gray sweater.

"Take me," Wufei whispered as he felt himself being relieved of all his clothing. "Take me; don't stop."

Duo smiled and shook his head. "Never." Then he was kissing Wufei again as the small hands of the Chinese man began to take off his black shirt and his pants. He lifted Wufei and laid the smaller man down gently on the middle of the bed as his hands wandered lower and lower down Wufei's naked thighs.

Wufei tugged on Duo's pants. "Duo, I don't want to be the only one naked here."

Duo laughed and quickly pulled off his pants and his boxers. Then he laid himself over on top of Wufei and kissed the Chinese man with all the passion and love he had bottled up for so long. Wufei was only one--ever!--who can bring out such basic yet complicated feelings inside of him. Only Wufei and no one else. Only Wufei's touches could send him over the edge with desire. Only Wufei could bring out that love that was reserved for only one person in his life.

Wufei gasped as he felt his stomach clench with longing and desire with Duo's feathery caresses down his thighs. He threw back his head, eyes closed and moaned softly. He almost whined outloud when Duo stopped suddenly.

"Fei, are you all right?" Duo asked softly as he kissed Wufei's ears before kissing Wufei on the lips.

"No," Wufei gasped as he felt his pulsing desire ache with unfulfilled need.

"Anything I can do to make you better?" Duo asked huskily as his hands danced down Wufei's sides and rested on his hip before they found a more interesting target.

"Fuck me, Maxwell, or I swear I will kill you for leaving me like this," Wufei gasped as he laid there, victim to Duo's incredibly teasing assault on his manhood. He saw white as pleasure slammed into him with an incredible force. His stomach muscles clenched and he was burning all over. His limbs were weak from want and he felt drugged.

Duo smiled wickedly. "Well, I guess I'm going to have to do what I need to do to stay alive, huh?"

"Damn right," Wufei gasped before Duo sealed his mouth with his lips.

Meiren stared at the clock hung up on the wall of the hotel room.

1am

<He's not coming back...>

"You were still a virgin," Duo whispered softly as he held Wufei close, kissing the top of the silky, slightly wet, hair.

Wufei nodded sleepily as he pressed himself tighter against Duo. "It was only you, Duo. Always, only you."

"Not even with..."

"No."

"Do you regret this?" Duo asked almost fearfully. He loved Wufei so much and he was so grateful his love had given himself without a single hesitation. It meant more than the world itself.

"No," Wufei said firmly. "I will never regret this."

"Good, because I don't either. I love you, Wufei," Duo whispered softly.

"I love you too, Duo," Wufei murmured before he fell asleep in Duo's arms. For once, feeling as if everything was going to truly okay and that nothing was ever going to go wrong.
