Chapter 8

"Duo?"

Duo's head snapped up and he managed a small smile as Wufei walked across the room and sat down on the bed beside him. He allowed himself to be pulled in Wufei's strong arms. He needed this. He was so close to just shattering, he needed Wufei there to keep him together.

"I want to kill those fledgling, Wufei," Duo whispered angrily.

"Ssshh, don't you worry about that. We're going to hunt him and his friends down soon," Wufei promised.

"Where did they come from? I thought you wiped away all the fledglings when you came here," Duo said.

"They came from Lestat's concert. All of them are coming to San Francisco for the concert. They're planning to kill him," Wufei explained.

"And so they decided to invade your territory thinking they're the big boys and killed off my mom?" Duo asked bitterly.

"Yes. They actually think they'll be able to take down Lestat. They're in for a surprise though," Wufei said, smiling darkly.

"Wufei?"

"Yes?"

"Make me into a vampire," Duo asked softly.

Wufei drew in his breath sharply and looked down at Duo in surprise. "Are you sure, Duo?"

"Yes, please," Duo pleaded as he sat up and looked Wufei straight in the eye. "I want to be made a vampire. I want to live with you and your fathers forever."

Wufei reached out and smoothed his thumb gently over Duo's cheek. "Duo, why do you want to be made a vampire? Believe me, I would do it right now but I...you said you'd never want to be a vampire."

"That was before I lost my mother. Now I have no one to bring me down," Duo said softly as he his heart beated harder. Did he truly want to be a vampire to be with Wufei? Or did the harsh reality of death suddenly caught up to him and he was afraid? He truly didn't know, maybe it was both. But all he knew now was Wufei and being a vampire.

Easily reading Duo's thoughts Wufei understood. "If you're sure."

"I am."

"Then come to me, Duo, let me drink your blood," Wufei said softly, his dark eyes shone brightly with anticipation.

Duo slid into Wufei's arms and pressed his neck to Wufei's lips. He closed his eyes when he felt his skin break and the cool, sharp teeth sliding into his neck. It didn't hurt at all, how amazing. He had always thought it would hurt.

*It only hurts if you struggle against it. I'm making it the best for you,* Wufei's voice whispered through Duo's head. He almost sighed in pleasure as he slowly drank Duo's warm, thick blood. Something he had only sampled once. Now he was drinking it in deep draughts. He had to do it slow though but it was so hard. The blood entered his system, mixing with his own immortal blood as his whole body warmed with the wonderful heat the blood brought with it. His cool limbs slowly came to life with warmth of Duo's blood. Duo's blood. He slowly pulled away and swallowed the last of the blood he was going to take from Duo. He ripped open his wrist, barely feeling the sting as he nudged Duo's mouth open and pressed the bleeding wrist against those moist lips.

"Drink, Duo," he whispered softly to his love.

When Duo opened his eyes he was drinking something sweet and sharp. He realized dimly that it was Wufei's blood but the hunger took over and he didn't care who's blood it was. He just kept on drinking that cool, satisfying blood that his body ached for.

"That's enough, Duo."

Duo complained as the wrist was brought away from his lips. He fell back on to the bed, breathing hard as he turned his head and looked over at Wufei who was being supported by one of his fathers, the long haired blonde one.

"It's done," Wufei breathed.

"We could have helped, Wufei," Zechs scolded.

"I wanted this," Wufei said, shaking his head as he tried to get his legs back. "Gods, who knew he'd take so much."

Duo wanted to say something but it all faded away as he suddenly felt a cramp around his stomach. He gasped and cried out, clutching his stomach painfully as more aches suddenly popped up all over his body.

"You're dying, Duo. It's painful but after this there'll be no more pain," Wufei assured him as the Chinese vampire finally got his legs and stood leaning against Zechs while Treize sat at the end of the bed watching Duo.

"Will he survive?" Zechs asked.

"Of course. He's strong enough," Treize said confidently.

"Good," Wufei said, nodding a bit weakly but his body was already working to replace the blood that Duo had taken.

Duo gasped again as the last of the pains suddenly disappeared and he laid there limply, sweating and breathing hard. He smiled weakly when he was suddenly in Wufei's arms and the vampire was lightly wiping away at the sweat, whispering comforting words to him. He closed his eyes and fell back asleep. He was exhausted.

When Duo woke up again his body was screaming with hunger. He sat up quickly and looked around the room, he had to get out and find food! He was so hungry! He smiled when he spotted the woman that was tied to a chair in his room. He dove for her and ripped her from the chair with great ease. He pulled her close, enjoying her warm, succulent body pressed up against his own, her round breast were pressed firmly against his flat chest. He bent his head and tore open her neck, silencing her screams with his hand as he fed on the warm, thick life giving liquid.

He smiled in ectasy as he continued to drink draught after draught of blood, hoping it would never stop.

"Slow down, don't let the heart stop," a soft voice whispered behind him.

Duo did as he was told and almost laughed as more and more blood came to him in longer gulps. He slowed when the heart was almost done and drank slower. When the heart gained a bit more speed, he took one last draught, stopping the heart forever, and dropped the woman from him. He licked his lips even though there was no blood on them and turned around. Wufei stood there for an approving smile on his face.

"You did very good," he said, nodding as he pulled Duo close and kissed the warm vampire on the lips. "Very, very good."

"So, this is how it feels like to be a vampire," Duo murmured drowsily as he wrapped his arms around Wufei and held on to him. "It's wonderful."

"I'm glad you think so," Wufei chuckled.

"Wufei?"

"Yes?"

"I'm feeling kind of..." With fresh blood in his system, Duo's pale cheeks suddenly turned slightly pink.

Wufei's smile broadened as he realized what Duo was feeling. "Don't worry, it happens after every feed."

"But what do you do about it?" Duo whispered shyly.

"Oh, we vampires have our ways," Wufei said wickedly as he led Duo over to the bed and pushed the vampire down on to it. He fell over Duo, grinning. "Care to find out how?"

Duo laughed and reached up, pulling Wufei down and kissing his sire. He moaned as he felt Wufei take over immediately and slid his tongue between his lips and into his mouth. He fought back but Wufei had more experience and took over. He sighed in disappointment when Wufei pulled away but the disappointment quickly disappeared when he felt Wufei move lower, kissing his neck down to the neckline of his shirt.

He was about to undo the buttons for Wufei when the other vampire just took one his teeth and ripped it off. Soon all the buttons were scattered on the ground and Duo's shirt was pushed aside to reveal the slightly paling skin.

Duo was breathing hard as he laid pinned beneath Wufei. He sat up, trying to kiss Wufei again but the Chinese vampire shook his head and pushed Duo back down. He leaned over and began to kiss and suck on the smooth skin there, enjoying the warmth that his lover still carried inside of him being a newborn vampire. It would take a hundred years or so before his cells became totally immortal and he would be as smooth and as hard as marble. For now, he still had that soft feel of a mortal being.

"Wufei," Duo moaned as he lifted his hips, plainly telling his lover to hurry it up.

"When you're a vampire you learn that patience is a virture, Duo," Wufei murmured as he tore off Duo's shirt and continued to explore that sweet skin laid out for him. He bit Duo in a couple of places, chuckling when he felt the tremor of pleasure vibrate through his lover's body. Oh, Duo was so sensitive to these bites. What an advantage.

"Patience? Wufei, I never gave a damn for patience," Duo gasped breathlessly as he reached up and began to tear away at Wufei's shirt, marveling at his new strength before he finally had the shirt gone and in shreds on the floor. He smiled and leaned up to kiss the smooth pale skin there. He kissed Wufei's neck and trailed his lips down, tasting his strong lover. He felt his loins tighten and his breath come in faster as he knew that this body would claim him sooner or later. Excitement and desire sang through his hot veins as he continued to worship his sire's body with small kisses and bites.

Wufei smiled as his eyes slid close in simple pleasure. He allowed Duo to continue his exploration for a few minutes before he pushed his lover back down and sealed his lips against Duo. He parted Duo's lips and wickedly slid his tongue in, brushing against the sharp vampire canines.

Duo gasped and almost screamed in delightful shock when he felt Wufei's tongue scrap against his teeth. Unimaginable pleasure coarsed through his body from that simple touch. He had no idea that vampire fangs were so sensitive! Gods! He trembled and panted as Wufei continued to kiss him relentlessly. He almost came from that small touch. No wonder drinking blood was such a pleasureable experience.

Pulling away, Wufei gave Duo another quick kiss before he turned his attention to Duo's pants. He flicked open the top button of the black jeans and unzipped Duo. With one quick tug, Duo was only in his boxers. Wufei bent down and kissed the hard erection, causing Duo to gasp and moan, before he pulled off the black boxers and left Duo completely naked.

Not wanting to be the only one naked, Duo began to unbotton and unzip Wufei from his own pants. He pulled apart the zipper and smiled wickedly as the erection made itself known. He pulled down Wufei's pants and boxers easily with one quick motion.

Wufei kicked off the pants and slid his body on top of of Duo's, brushing his manhood against Duo's and causing the boy to give out a small cry of pleasure.

Duo reached up and ran his fingers through Wufei's hair, enjoying the silky touch. He moaned as Wufei began to kiss his neck, sucking and biting his way along. Duo was absolutely positive that there were going to be marks for a while.

Snapping Duo's rubberband, Wufei released the thick chestnut hair from its confines. He ran his long, slim fingers through the hair until it fanned around Duo.

"You're beautiful," Wufei whispered as he kissed Duo's hair and then moving down to kiss Duo on the forehead. "Absolutely beautiful."

Duo ran his fingers up and down Wufei's sides, teasing the Chinese vampire with his light touches. "Please, Wufei, enough of this."

"What do you want, Duo?" Wufei whispered.

"Take me," Duo hissed as he felt Wufei's long fingers brush against his hard manhood. "Please, take me!"

"Have you ever done this before?" Wufei asked as his fingers trailed away from Duo's manhood to trace along Duo's entrance.

Duo shivered from the light caresses and shook his head. "But I want this."

"Good," Wufei said softly as he bent down and kissed the inside of Duo's thighs. "I love you, Duo."

"I love you too, Wufei," Duo whispered.

Then Wufei began to show Duo exactly how much he loved him.

Zechs smiled happily as he hugged Treize tightly against him. "They were pretty loud, weren't they?"

"Yes, but now they're quiet. Why don't we go to sleep as well?" Treize asked, smiling as he held his lover close.

"Mmm...I'll ask Wufei if Duo's a good lover later. Maybe Wufei will let me have him for a night," Zechs murmured before he nodded off.

Treize chuckled and kissed his lover on the forehead. I guess we're going to skip the coffins tonight. He closed his eyes and fell into a vampiric sleep.
