| Ingredients: Round Steak 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 1" chunks Mushrooms 1 14.5oz can whole tomatoes 1 6oz can tomato sauce 1 tbsp worcesteshire sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1 tbsp picante sauce All of the following seasonings are to taste: Salt Pepper Garlic Powder or minced garlic Italian Seasoning Steak Seasoning |
| Cooking Directions: Sprinkle round steak generously with meat tenderizer. Place steak in pressure cooker and sprinkle with spices. Add worcesteshire sauce, soy sauce, picante sauce, liquid smoke, tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced onions, bell pepper and mushrooms. Place lid on pan and place on high heat till top starts to jiggle. Turn heat down as far as you can without causing the top to stop jiggling and cook for 15 minutes. |
