| Ingredients: 1 lb lean ground beef 1 medium onion, diced 1 tbsp garlic powder or minced garlic 1 tsp italian seasoning 1 bay leaf 1 tsp dried chives 1/2 tsp sweet basil 1 tbsp corn starch to thicken 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp worcestishire sauce 1 bell pepper, diced 1 tsp flavor-all seasoning 1 tbsp picante sauce 2 capfuls of lemon juice 1 14.5oz can whole tomatoes 1 11oz can corn, drained 2 - 3 stalks of celery, diced fresh mushrooms 3 - 4 cups elbow macaroni 1 Box Velveeta Cheese |
| Cooking Directions: Saute onion, bell pepper, celery, mushrooms, and ground beef, add seasonings (to taste), picante sauce, worcesteshire sauce, tomatoes (tomato sauce may be substituted), cornstarch, velveeta cheese, and corn. Cook elbow macaroni 7 minutes then drain and add to meat sauce and simmer on low heat for approximately 30 minutes. |
