Solduc Falls, Olympics

Sol Duc Falls, Olympic National Forest, Washington State. This was one of my favorite hikes into the Forest. The falls made it so worth while to tote the boys in on foot. I loved to see any of the falls we could find with them. They enjoyed it too. I love to go camping and this was a treat. --- AzureLynn

Hurricane Ridge

1.5 mile walk

This walk was literally one of the hardest hikes I have ever been on. We did this with a stroller. The walk was paved, but it was very steep. If you look at the trail, you can see the parking lot where the van was parked. This was a walk in August and on part of this walk we actually found snow! The views off this point were so worth while and breath taking. I will never forget this hike either. Hopefully soon I will find the pictures of Port Angelous and Victoria, B.C. to the north of where this photo was taken. --- AzureLynn @>-*--
