Ch 5 join to form a ring.
Rnd 1: ch 3, 15 dc in ring, join in first 3 ch. (16 dc).
Rnd 2: ch 3, dc in same st, *2 dc in next dc, rep from * around (32 dc).
Rnd 3: ch 3, dc in same st, *dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from *around (48dc).
Rnd 4: ch 1, *[sc in same st, skip next st (2 dc, ch 4, 2 dc) in same st. Skip next st, sc in next st, skip next st, (2 dc, ch 7, 2 dc) in next st, skip next st, sc in next st.]. rep from * around.
FINISHING:
Make a loop in any ch 7 sp. (sc, ch 5, sc in loop)
Tassel:
With a 3" piece of cardboard roll the thread 20 times, cut the thread and insert one point in loop, and make a knot on it.
