I have Sony Clie PEG-T615C. A very modest pda according to today standards. Coloured with 320x320 resolution, used mainly to keep my ebooks and of course appointments.
Mainly I use only basic applications. The Palm Address book and DateBook, Memopad and Notebook too.

iSilo - my ebook reader
Mobipocket - another of my ebook reader
LaFemme - to keep track of my monthly flow dates
MS Import - to manage my memory stick
GI Calendar - to convert between Islamic and gregorian calendar
AvantGo - my offline browser
PiDirect II - to load applications from my memory stick to my pda
Word ToGo - application that enable me to convert MS Word in my pda (that is what I used it for anyway)
