Rules

1. If you won the a SOTM this year (2003) and you want to apply again, you may apply once every 3 months a year. So if you won the January SOTM you can apply 3 months after that on April.
2. Please have sites containing no hentai.
3. Has to be general sites. Personal pages are accepted but no blogs.
4. Nice layout and easy navigations.
5. Nice content
6. Your Site must not have too many pop ups.
7. Update frequently
8. No StIcKy CaPs
9. I'll email you if I don't think your site should be added to the voting booth.
