Discussion #3: The stages and development of hunger

Yes, there are in fact several stages in the development in hunger. I'm sure that after you've finished reading this discussion you will agree with me that there are indeed severla stages in the development of hunger.

Stage 1: Overeating.
In this stage, you have eaten so much that you're sick. Believe me this is an extrmely ugly stage. If you have yet to see it, then pray that you never have to. I unfortunately have been witness to this stage a few times before. Not a pretty sight.

Stage 2: Bloated.
In the bloated stage, you're so full (this can apply to water as well) that you can't move and when you laugh it hurts.

Stage 3: Comfortably full/content
You are full and content although not so full that you feel uncomfortable or sick.

Stage 4: Hunger begins to seep in
Subtle hints of hunger begins to appear although there are easy to ignore.

Stage 5: Hunger becomes apparent
The hunger becomes more noticeable now through rumbles from the stomach.

Stage 6: Hunger pains
Your stomach begins to ache slightly although it appears to be nothing important.

Stage 7: Apparent hunger pains
Sharp pains in the pit of your stomach now become obvious.

Stage 8: Pain-free hunger
There is a breakthrough the pain barrier and the pains disappear suddenly and you no longer feel anything.

Stage 9: Numbness
Even though the hunger is no longer felt, all you feel is numbness and you slowly begin to waste away while having no energy whatsoever.

Stage 10: Starvation
This is the stage where you are aboslutely have to eat. If you don't well......
