| Name: Hansi I don't know who bothers to come to this page..... there's nothing here.... just bitching from me. OPINION OF THE DAY: April 5th, 2002 There has been a lot of bitching going around about the supposed relationship with Nicholas and Cecilia. I don't understand why everyone is getting so pissed. Nicholas is a HUMAN BEING, not someone you can control and manipulate and expect never to fall in love or date. He has the freedom to do whatever he want and just because he's involved in the entertainment business, it doesn't mean his life has already ended. I'm so sick and tired of the press blowing everything way out of proportion. No, I don't need to know Nicholas and Cecilia were seen in the mall together and no, I don't care Cecilia was seen in the airport. I'm so sick of that sick. What? A girl and a guy can't be friends? What? Cecilia can't go to the airport? Fuck that. I wish these people would just chill out. I truly wish that I can just listen to some great music without all the bullshit surrounding it. April 6th, 2002 It really seems like the entertainment business has finally completely failed to please people artistically. For once I would like to listen to a cd or watch a movie without the constant thought that the artist did not become famous due to his or her own effort and talent but because his or her connections got them to where they are. For once, I would like to experience pure talent. Don't get me wrong, there are so many people who are talented......... Jay Chao, Nicholas Tse, Faye Wong, etc...... but I can't but think that a pretty will get you basically anywhere in the world. Is that just the harsh reality or plain ignorance? You tell me. If you ask for my prediction, then I would say that the artists who survive due to a pretty face will probably disappear in less than 2 years, leaving room for other good looking, untalented people to shine..... a short career indeed. And those who strive for challenge artistically and who the guts to follow something worth paying attention to, will still be around in 10 years and still be very successful. Fortunately, I haven't lost all faith in the word "art" and I truly hope that it will continue to mean something and not be used casually. SORRY FOR ALL THE TYPOS...... I WAS WRITING THIS FAST April 13th, 2002 Nicholas was arrested for fleeing the scene after a car crash.... I heard that he may go to jail for 10 years. Then again, this whole thing may not even be true. Supposedly the cops have a significant amount of evidence for his arrest. And supposed he was driving when the car crashed but he ran off and got someone else to take the blame. Okay, if this thing is true, then it's definitely his stupidness. Nobody died, it wasn't murder, so why run off? I can understand that he doesn't want the harassment from the media, but he shouldn't have ran. You can't hide this thing from the cops. If he does go to jail, then my faith for the entertainment business will completely deteriorate. He's one of the only people with talent in Asia and hopefully the charges will be light. I'm praying that the charges will be dropped or that this whole thing is only a rumour. Part II Edison is also in some sort of trouble with the law. Someone sent him a package of drugs to his house as a joke, I guess. Supposedly it's not his and he doesn't even do drugs. So the cops and blah blah blah and now they're investigating blah blah blah. Man, being a celebrity in Hong Kong is so stressful! Now my two favourite guys may go to jail! Please let this pass over.... if Edison and Nicholas goes, then the world will hear from me.
