| Bill came very highly recommended to me from Jim at Land Rover Ranch and Mike Marvin of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Upon arriving at the shop I could immediately tell Bill was a big Land Rover enthusiast. From his highly modified Defender 110, to the four foot stack of Land Rover magazines in the office. After watching the mechanic work on my Range Rover, I'm very happy to have found them. They thoroughly went over my vehicle and performed the needed maintenance and checked things I would have never thought of. They made recommendations for future maintenance and repairs, but also let me know they weren't required immediately and when I might expect them to come due. They even suggested a few upgrades I might want to consider. When it came time to pay the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to find the labor costs far lower than any dealer I've ever been to and the quality of work was far superior. I highly recommend Bill and his staff to all Land Rover, Range Rover, Discovery, and all other European car make owners. |

I have since made a total of three visits to Bill's shop in Santa Fe and each time I've been more and more impressed with his work and with the work of his mechanics. I have also called Bill a number of times to ask for his help over the phone with my Rover's quirks. Each time he has helped me solve the problem without having the bring the vehicle in to the shop. I even called Bill on Sunday on his cell phone to ask his advice after the vehicle died after a deep watercrossing when all the usual fixes failed to get it running again. Within a few moments after speaking with Bill I was driving Rover home, avoiding a trip to my local dealer for diagnosis and an expensive towing fee. Thanks, Bill! You and your staff are the leaders in service, not just in Sante Fe, but all of New Mexico as well!
