Relaxing Sleep Milk Bath
- 1 tbsp. Almond oil
- 4 drops Lavender essential oil
- 3 drops Marjoram essential oil
- 2 drops Benzoin essential oil
- 1 cup of powdered milk
Pour oils into a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk. Add the mixture to your bath water and relax!

alternative for people who like to soak in bath salts but have hypertension!
