monthly events as a chance for our members to get together, socialize and

Gift Wrapping
Our next AWES
event will be a holiday gathering at WIN House,

We will be
wrapping holiday gifts supplied by the shelter for their clients, sorting
donations, and doing any other needed tasks. We will also be drinking
eggnog and punch, eating goodies, singing and generally having fun.
Please come along for a good time, good works and good cheer, with wrapping
hands ready. And please bring a plateful of your favourite
holiday goodies

Because WIN
House residents often leave their own homes in a hurry, many household
and personal items are always needed to help these women build
new lives
with their families. Please help out by starting to collect any of
the following to donate at this event--even if you can't come on the 26th,
let us know and we'll figure out a way to pick up your donations. Monetary
donations are ALWAYS welcome (& a tax receipt can be provided).
