Welcome to Awais Aftab Central!

I am a medical student in King Edward Medical University, though my interest and knowledge certainly extend beyond medicine. Philosophy is my primary passion and defines the way I see life, society and the world. From here, my interests branch out to religious criticism, psychology, modern physics, art and literature. I am still in the process of defining myself and exploring my abilities and experimenting with different arenas of writing. Eager to share my thoughts and writings with the world, most of what I write is posted online.

• A Myth in Creation is my personal blog, where most of my poetry, fiction, articles, thoughts and selections from literature, quotes, art etc can be found.

• A Journey Through Modern Philosophy: From Descartes to Derrida is a book on the history of modern philosophy which I have written, and which is available online.

• TIG Blog is where I used to write before I shifted to my current blog. My old posts are still present there.

• I am one of the regular writers of Us Magazine, and those publications would be present in the Us Magazine Archives on the Jang website. Many of those links are also given in my blog.
