On Showdown there was a bit a of confusion as to who would go to Lost Souls to take on Angela Jameson and Derek Cantina (DUI) in the finals of the Lethal Lottery tournament to determine the first Legion Tag champions since Callisto and Zeek Williams were stripped of the titles after the two of them had a falling out, but before we go in to that let's talk about what is the deal with Cody Carson.
Carson who has been a fan favorite since coming to the AWA has slowly turned more aggressive towards his opponents and fans haven't been able really to grip it and haven't been able decide whether or not they like it. However, after this weeks Showdown the fans were booing Carson after the main event when he introduced A3 or All Against Authority. The group consists of Carson along with Derek Cantina, Michael Manson, Deathstroke, and The Rumbler.
Now to the biggest story of the night...Carson and Young both managed pin one another getting the win for their teams, but confusion ensued as to which team would be taking part in the Finals for the titles. However, the confusion didn't last long as Samantha Raine made her way out to the ring and told everyone in the arena that it would be DUI versus Carson & Augustson versus Young & Wilkins, but that due to Mike's Insantiy Cage main event he couldn't take part in the match and also due to clause in Wilkins' contract that says that Wilkins' first shot at the Legion Tag titles has to be with his partner. "His" partner being none other than Nero Silveria.
So at Lost Souls the finals of the Lethal Lottery Tournament shall be DUI versus Carson & Augustson versus Blonde Ambition! The match will also mark Silveria's in ring debut for the AWA and what a way to do it not only at a PPV, but in a title match!
