Headed by Director of Marketing..

CORRESPONDING
Contact potential sponsors to get necessary supplies
donated to the Perfect Prom Project.
Headed by Corresponding Secretary.

FUNDRAISING
Create and organize events to raise funds for the Perfect
Prom Project.
Headed by Treasurer.

BOUTIQUE
Form plans for the prom boutique in which dresses will be
distributed, including location, supplies, volunteer scheduleing
and other boutique logistics.
Headed by Vice President.

COMMITTEE CHAIR
Direct committee proceedings and/or assist Officer directing
the committee proceedings.

COMMITTEE OFFICER
Direct committee proceedings, present committee
proceedings at officers meetings, collaborate with other
officers on organizational decisions.

COMMITTEE RECORDING SECRETARY
Document minutes at committee meetings so that the
proceedings can be discussed at General/Officer Meetings of
the Perfect Prom Project.

WEBMASTER
Contribute to, and maintain, UIUC website and this website
for the Perfect Prom Project
