B164 is found in a limestone outcrop west of the Serpentine doline near the Green Track. The entrance is a

narrow slot 0.8m wide and 2.2m long. A log over the entrance provides a good hetay point for the rope. The

entrances slot is best prusiked as it consistentty tight and allows no movement for climbing a ladder. The entrance

slot opens out after 13m into a large chamher 3m high, 6m wide and 19m long. At the base of the western wall the

cave continues into a narrow rift in the floor which becomes impassable after 2m but is seen to continue.

To the north is a 1.8m climb through to another chamber 3m high, 4m wide and 9m long. At the northern

end of the chamher is an impassable slot in the roof through which daylight can he seen. This connects with

the surface just east of the entrance but the small hole is partially hidden by grass.
