Membership
Full membership costs £10 per year and is available to all members of the Birkbeck College Students Union. in effect this means all current degree students of Birkbeck College and also those members of the Faculty of Continuing Education who have paid separately for Student Union membership.
Associate membership is available to anyone else and costs £15 per year, the only restriction being that Associate Members are not able to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Both membership categories are entitled to free entry to Society lectures (usually with a free glass of wine), as well as reduced rates on Society field-trips and visits. The Society also subcscribes to the Council for British Archaeology's insurance scheme providing cover for all members whilst on Society projects.
