The Donegal Dancers, and Other Early
Irish Dance Schools in AZ

I am working steadfastly at collecting interviews for my book; if there is anyone who feels they would be an aide, please write me. In the meanwhile, here are some images from various newspapers (60s-80s), featuring the McCafferty School and the Donegal Dancers. There is also a very early pic of Micheal Flatley for all of you who care naught about AZ, and were sucked into the scene by flamboyant gesture... and for the rest of us, who might enjoy the novelty. I have just recently scanned ads from the first and second Phoenix feis programs; they are now up. I will post more pictures from other schools (Pearse, Plummer, Flyn--early 80s), as well as more McCafferty pictures, shortly. For documentation's sake, I have left these images as very large files (lovely quality...). As such, each is linked to instead of being displayed directly.
