Cut to the Chase

cut to the poisoned chase

What is poison, how is this term used by Srila Prabhupada.

The other day, when I was thinking of how to present my final comments on the disfunctional movement in place of Srila Prabhupada's movement, I was thinking of some recording transcription I read from October, 1977.  He was speaking of how everything would be spoiled.  So, when I wrote a draft, I paraphrased "dont screw it up".  But then, meditating on Him as I knew Him, I thought, "No, he would not use such a phrase.  Srila Prabhupada is straightforward, clear, actually, perfect."  He doesnt waste words, nor does he use words that have unclear meaning.  If there is any one thing that He has, it is clarity and communication skill.  The word He uses is "spoiled", and this word can be googled and one can find many drafts, recordings, and letters where the same word is used, the same meaning implied.  So, Srila Prabhupada has also demonstrated transcendental consistancy.

So, the poison theorists have their recordings, but is His consistant use of the word "poison" must be examined.  Everything is at stake here, it all comes down to this actual definition to determine such things as what His legacy is, and, again cutting to the chase, who is the recipient of all His transcendental energies.
