What are hexadecimal colors? Hexadecimal colors are created using 6 base 16 numbers. Base 16 numbers include 0-9 and A-F which total 16 base digits. The first two digits represent red, the second two digits represent green, and the last two digits represent blue. The chart shown below gives examples of different colors.
