Italian Cooking Class and Meal
with a Florentine and a Sicilian Cook
    Menu:
- Antipasto (Appetizers): Carciofini fritti
- Primo (First course):
Riso in forno alla carbonara
- Secondo (Second course):
Grassato alla siciliana
- Contorno (Side dish):
Patate grassate
- Dolce (Dessert): Salame al cioccolato
- Frutta (Fruit):
Macedonia
- Caffe' (Coffee): Espresso italiano
    Description:
During this cooking class we'll show you how to prepare fried artichokes for a very tasty appetizer followed by a baked rice dish with bacon &eggs as a first course. The second course will be a beef and potatoes medley cooked in a butter-wine sauce.  A chocolate dessert in the shape of a salami and a delicious fruit salad will follow. A shot of Italian espresso will close our cooking class.
Cost: $30 for each adult (cooking class and dinner included)

Italian Cooking Class and Meal

- Antipasto (Appetizers): Schiacciata all'olio con affettati
- Primo (First course): Conchiglie al ragu'
- Secondo (Second course):
Arista di maiale
- Contorno (Side dish):
Pisellini
- Dolce (Dessert): Baba' al rum
- Frutta (Fruit):
Fragole al marsala
- Caffe' (Coffee): Espresso italiano
    Description:
During this class will show you how to prepare a typical Tuscan bread, called Schiacciata which is a flat bread (focaccia) baked with olive oil and served with sliced Italian prosciutto and salami. The first course will be shell shaped pasta topped with meat sauce. The second course is again very typical Tuscan dish and it's baked pork, served with a side dish of peas. The dessert tonight is baba', a very tasty pastry dish made with rum, and comes from a different part of Italy-Naples.  The fruit dish will be strawberries with Marsala wine and as usual we'll end our night with Italian espresso.

Cancellation policy: you may cancel your reservation in the Italian Cooking Class and Meal and get a full refund if you do so at least 5 days before the dinner. Cancellations will be un-refundable if made later than 5 days prior to the dinner.
