Department of Pulmonology
The department was set up in July, 2002 and is run by Dr.Suneeitha V. Narayanan, M.D (Pulmonology), Ph.D (Tuberculosis).
Dr.Suneeitha acquired training from the CIS and United Kingdom and also has the experience of working in the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Center, Cochin. She has to her credit the experience of practicing Altitude Medicine on Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest peak in Africa. She has visited Japan and USA for research purposes as well as for training.
