NOTES:
There were some mic problems due to one mic cable having a loose connection/contact. The right channel has been overlapped with the left and both channels have been boosted up. There are some obivious mic malfunctions, especially during "Give It Away". Although there are some screaming bitches around, this recording sounds pretty good now.
