Name: Kamiya

Dr. Kamiya a.k.a. The Doctor is helping Sensui destroy all of humanity. The Doctor was gifted with psychic powers, and he could save people's lives that would otherwise die on the table. But he decided to use his powers to kill. He hates all humanity because he watched the video, 'Chapter Black'. The Doctor thinks that humans should all die and that everyone is diseased. In his Territory, he could create bugs that carry an infection that can kill people in a matter of minutes. He also has a psychic scalpel that can cut anything in his path. He can also stitch body parts back together and control his entire body, i.e. he can block out pain signals and keep himself from going unconscious.

During his fight with Yusuke, he told him that the only way to save all his friends that had been infected with the virus, is to kill him. He taunted Yusuke a lot, because Yusuke had never killed a human before and once he did, he would never be the same again. Yusuke delivered a fatal blow, but as soon as The Doctor's Territory wore off, Genkai revived him so that Yusuke wouldn't feel guilty. Now The Doctor is locked up and will tell anyone that listens that capturing him is just delaying the inevitable for all humans... Although just before the fight between Yusuke and Sensui, Dr. Kamiya is said to escape from prison.

Name: Itsuki

Itsuki is an extremely talented psychic who has been Sensui's partner for years. He used to assist Sensui in saving the world, but now both want to open the tunnel connecting Human and Demon world, enabling demons to kill every human alive. A video called, 'Chapter Black' changed Itsuki's mind about humans and made him turn against them. He is the main and only psychic opening the tunnel, but he is in need of another psychic to cut the Kekkai Barrier Net. Eventually, he lost control of the tunnel and let it grow on its own.

Name: Mitarai

SeaMan has a really interesting power. If he mixes his blood with water, he can create monsters. The more blood, the more powerful and bigger his monsters are. He's had a very hard and bad life and saw the Chapter Black tape which has made him turn against humans. In the fight against Kuwabara, Kuwabara never gave up on trying to save his friends. Kuwabara risked himself over and over. This made SeaMan realize that maybe all humans aren't as bad as Sensui said. In this crucial fight, Kuwabara's new power was revealed, his Dimension Sword. This made Sensui kidnap Kuwabara so Kuwabara could cut down the Kekkai Barrier Net. Since Kuwabara saved his life and showed him how humans are really like, SeaMan has decided to help Team Urameshi in the fight against Sensui.

Name: Hagiri Kaname

Sniper is one of the human psychics out of The Seven. He willingly helps Sensui on his quest for the extinction of humanity. Sniper dislikes humanity because he watched the video called, 'Chapter Black'. Sniper can concentrate his energy to turn objects into projectile weapons. Using telekenesis, he can fire these weapons at any target and barely ever misses. He fought Yusuke, throwing a lot of rocks, knives, and even a truck at him! He used a gun to shoot the truck and the truck exploded, causing Yusuke to almost die. Hiei saved Yusuke and killed Sniper with his sword.

Name: Amanuma

GameMaster a.k.a. Amanuma is an 11 year old kid who was manipulated by Sensui. One day, GameMaster was playing games in the arcade and Sensui noticed his unique talent at beating games. Sensui got to know him better and told him his plan to open a tunnel between the Living World and Demon World. Sensui said once GameMaster developed his psychic powers that he'd need his help. Sensui said GameMaster had to play Goblin City in his territory. If you win 4 out of 7 games in Goblin City then you beat the Goblin King. If you keep losing, you can continue until you beat the Goblin King. But if the Goblin King is beaten, then he dies. Since Amanuma represents the Goblin King in his territory, he would die if he is beaten. Kurama defeats Amanuma and he dies.

Name: Makihara

Gourmet has a very weird but powerful power. If he eats something, he can acquire the objects power or traits. His territory exists entirely in his stomach. Since Elder Toguro was still alive, Sensui ordered him to eat Elder Toguro. Elder Toguro started taking control of Gourmet and eventually took over when Kurama took Gourmet's head off.
