Mommy knows best - and if she doesn't, at least she knows all.

So my Mother, (God bless her) called me up yesterday to talk about some stuff, and during this conversation, off-handedly remarks, "I heard you bought a new car?"

"Errr, yeah."

"What car did you get?"

"Honda."

"Honda?!" She exclaimed. I can't tell if she's excited or upset. I'm guessing the former because she used to own one. "What kind of Honda?"

"Errr...." I stammer, defeated because I can't lie to her. "I bought a convertible, a sports car."

"You bought a convertible?" My mother chortles. "You bought a convertible."
