This is going to sound silly but, I happen to like George Michael.

I mean, I don't like him for his looks. I'm not particularly in support of his gay antics in public bathrooms and such. And I'm definitely not digging the Don Johnson, Miami Vice-esque, eighty's five o'clock shadow.

But what I do like is his voice, vocal range, and choice of songs.

And while I do admit it's total sappy fluff of yesteryears, my fondest memory of my just concluded HK trip was sitting at 3A with several of my cousins, all crooning to George Michael's One More Try.

The song's been stuck in my head since that night, and I even hummed a few bars while paying respects to my Grandmother.

Today, I needed to scratch that itch, so I pulled up good ol "Lay Gwoon" (Youtube in Cantonese), and found his live rendition of said song.
