I'm glad that Rad and his new wife Keer had a great time at my expense. They laughed at me throughout dinner on Saturday, all because I didn't know what a shin was.

I guess I knee what a heel was, but I sort of forgot.

I finally figured out how to make pan fried rosti. First time I made it was too soggy, but now I know I have to squeeze out the water before frying. Having said that, I think I'm not using the same potatoes as restaurant uses, so it doesn't taste 100% the same. I also had to substitute sour cream with tzatziki, which actually tasted even better.

I also made lamb loin chops, little t-bone lamb bits. Yummy.
