I've been having poor workouts lately, they just don't feel all that good.

I think I'm getting fit though, and if not, the tan I'm getting at the beach has helped me quite a bit.

I'm trying to seriously go to the beach at least once a week, and so far this has been true. I'm going to go again Sunday, and maybe even Saturday morning at 9am with Li'l-J and her friends for a jog/walk.
