So I was browsing on the net for some Catan strategy when I came upon some rule clarification.

Out of the blue, I decided to email our regular Catan crew.

Literally a minute after, Dashin emails out (again, from out of the blue) the EXACT SAME rules that I just sent out. He didn't know I was going to send it, and I definitely had no clue he was reading the exact same website as me.
