I'm not one for change.

I abhor change. I like my life and my routines just fine thanks.

That does not mean I'm inflexible, or least I like to believe that I can change and adapt to new situations as they arise.

Frankly, I like the comfort of knowing what to expect. I don't much like surprises. Even sometimes good surprises can put me off into a bad mood.

Someone recently said I was a negative person. I guess I am, but only because if I think the worst in life, then I can be prepared to deal with them. It is my defense mechanism for all potential failures that will come my way.

I can see it now, me dead in a couple of years (because you never know), and people will struggle to write a proper epitaph to sum up my enigmatic life. I'll save you all the trouble.
