Ok I get it. You're the king/queen of the world because you either A) aren't legal to drive or B) don't have the means to be behind the wheels of a vehicle. Therefore you must use foot power as a form of transportation. Cool, congratz. Hurrah, huzzah.

But there's a difference knowing that pedestrians have the right of way, and having to explain it in Heaven that you got run over because you're stupid.

I'm all for yielding to people legging it. But when it's 10pm on a road with no lamp posts, at a railway crossing junction with nary a traffic light in sight, all the while dressed in ALL black, you really can't expect me to be the proactive person in this situation.
