You know that a good thing on the internet can never last.

Good morning ofoto, how you doin'? Not too great presumably, because now, you require everyone who wants to view pictures to be forced into having to "login" before viewing.

Now I didn't check whether any ol' email would work, or if they're using a "members's only" policy, (a la yahoo's photo service), but that really sux royally. The best part of ofoto was the ability to easily upload, manage and share pictures without any hassles. No longer.

I like ofoto too, over all the other guys because the interface was clean and not very cluttered. Also, anyone willing to liberally use pumpkin orange on their websites can't be all bad. Well, now that you've forced everybody to login, I'm out.

It was fun while it lasted, too bad in the end the bottom line was really just the dollar sign.
