I've got this thing with Wild Colonials. I saw them on A&E several nights ago, on that horrid Sandra Bernhart show. Anyway, it's got this wicked modern jazz feel with a touch of the ol' blues. The lady can drag a note and make you feel sorry and pain all at once. It is totally immersive. I sat there on my computer, just totally mesmerized by her amazing voice, and the other two members were extremely talented as well. The guy on the rythmn guitar was spectacular, as was the other dude on the violin. However, from their official website, their "About Us" info listed a total of 5 members. I seriously only saw 3. Maybe the cheap-o show could only afford to hire 3 of 5 members? Dunno.

I'm pretty musicaly inept. However, I know what I like, and the Wild Colonials have all of a sudden become one of my favorite bands.
