Quick update. Thanks to nobody giving me advise on whether I should get the cam or not, I have decided to go ahead and buy it. If the exchange rate is in my favor, it'll cost about $930. If it doesn't, it'll be a grand. Remember, this price also includes a 64meg flashcard, which when all said and done, is still one heck of a decent deal. It would be cheaper if I could it on ebay, but alas, I could never win an auction. SIGH.

On an another note, I just want to say: DUDE, DON'T SELL YOUR BIKE! I know it's harsh right now, but don't give up the dream. Ride it out, it'll get better. What's worse is if you don't have a bike, and next summer comes around, it'll be that much more difficult. And then what? You'll never ride again? If you enjoy it as much as I do, or even if it's less than me, you still enjoy it right? Don't throw it all away because life's thrown you a temporary curve. It'll be all good in no time. Keep the shiny side up.
