Well, here's another video of Mooch doing his thing. This time I added a couple more tricks. They're not all that convincing. Maybe it's the angle or whatever.

I'm glad to report that he's been walking 100% times better than before, make that a 1000% better just to be on the safe side.

I'm relieved that Mooch has graduated his obedience course. I also bought him a little doggy backpack for him to carry stuff. It tires him out more, and gives him a sense of being a "working" dog.

....Okay, that's enough about the dog.

I made some hybrid chili fried chicken.

Originally, I was going for the spicy-salt pork chop thingy, but only with chicken pieces.

In the end, I marinated the chicken with rock salt (coarsely ground), black pepper, chili garlic sauce (Chinese bottle), and cooking wine (salted).

I then dipped the chicken in egg, then used corn starch to bread it, fried with vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan.

It came out surprisingly nice, but quite honestly, the chicken needs a sauce. My brother's lemon/honey sauce would have been nice. I might still try it, unsure.

....I had a dizzy spell tonight, and almost passed out while cooking.

I went into the emergency room tonight because my eye is bleeding again. I don't know what else to say. The doctor checked it out and said he couldn't see anything. I was supposed to wait for a blood test to determine if there was a blood clot somewhere, but I couldn't be bothered. I asked him if I could risk it and just go see my family doctor tomorrow. He said no problem. So I walked.

Cankles isn't happy about it. Tough.

....At least Mooch was happy to see me home.

Stupid blogger wouldn't publish my posts for the last three days. UGH!

....Working again?!

....Reposting to youtube.

First in a series of shots I took with Cankles and Mooch after the bloody eye incident.

I'm glad we stuck it out to get these shots.

There are about 4-5 other post-worthy ones. I will upload them once I get permission from Mooch.

....My eye bled again last night.

Sometimes I am surprised at how calm I can be when everyone else is in full on panic mode.

So here I was, eye gooping, can't see out of my left as I'm about to bring the dog for a walk with Cankles.

As I look up, I off-handedly tell her, "Hey, I can't see out of my left eye."

I look at her, and she screams, "Your eye is bleeding!"

I'm as cool as a cumcumber buried in the North Pole. "Huh, no wonder it's a little blurry."

"Oh my God!" Cankles continues. "Your eye is full of blood. What's happening?! Let's go home."

We're both holding stuff in our hands, and she's got Mooch. The dog of course is freaked, wanting to run, wanting to sprint away, not understanding why both two-legged creatures are barking up a storm.

"Mooch, get back into trunk!!"

I tell her calmly. "Relax, let me see."

I open the trunk, put my stuff down, and go check. Apparently, I cut my eyelid and blood was pooling in my eye.

....I hope I don't go blind.
