Wow, I'm getting fat. Seriously.

I went from being about 155lb with 11.8% body fat, to err.... 155lb with 19% body fat. I didn't gain an ounce of muscle.

Everyone says I look bigger, but I think I'm just regaining the size I lost from last year, and looking at my waist, it's embarrassingly huge.

Partly it's the weight gain shakes I've been quaffing down. I don't even drink that much, because my body can't handle it well. I drink the equivalent of six hundred calories. That's what, an extra Big Mac?

Thing is, I eat a lot more regular meals too. Yes, I'm lifting more, and yeah, I work out harder, but at the end of the day, my lack of cardio is killing me.

I will finish my bulking phase and then shred. I will run/jog/walk/climb/bicycle/rollerblade/garden my backyard until I get trim - all the while succumbing to the hype and take some weight loss pill to stimulate water loss.

Yeah, I'll probably give it a go. People are starting to call me fatty and meaning it.

....And so goes my ego.

Picture time.

....Nothing to write about here.

So how was Shrek the Third?

Well, the ten minutes that I saw sucked, and then I just fell asleep. I heard the jokes were predictable, and wholely too boring for adults.

Even though I won the "jackpot" by drawing the 10am showing, it's much too early for any sort of movie.

I didn't bother staying for the end of the credits, hoping for a bit more of fun. I figure if I didn't watch any of the actual movie, I wasn't going to miss the last five seconds of it after the credits had rolled.

....Nothing happens at the end by the way - or so I've been told.

I realized yesterday how much I don't enjoy shopping in Chinatown any longer.

I found it dirty, disgusting, smelly, all that. And to think that I have to dig for fruit that's been baking in the sun all day. Shudder.

I'm too spoiled now by clean Chinese grocery stores up in my area. I'm too used to neatly packaged foods, forgetting my roots as it were, where buying dinner from an open market was de rigueur.

Sigh, I am envious of ol navi, who's in HK right now, probably having the time of his life.

Yet another mediocre picture

....I'm lazy.
