Man, running from the cops is scary.

Yeah, today I was driving along when I was spotted by a cop and I guess he deemed me speeding.

He lit his cherries and I panicked. I handbraked a 90 degree right-turn and just took off.

I didn't care anymore, I didn't want anymore tickets. I'm sick and tired of being harassed by them, so I said "Eff it, I'm gone."

And so I took off, without really knowing where I was going, I was making random turns through a part of town I've not known at all. Heck, I even ran through a couple of empty parking lots and gas stations just to keep ahead of the "Man."

And you know what? It was good. It felt good. For a first time in so many months, I felt alive. Alive I say.

This Need for Speed: Most Wanted game is so much fun!

....Come on pigs, bring it on!

I do not like this new Yahoo Messenger. I know, most of yous have migrated to MSN Messenger or AIM, but I'm still stubborn old school like that. Hey, I still get to talk to the people I want, and that's all that matters.

But this newer one, 7.5 Beta. Yech. I'm not liking it one bit. I dunno, it looks so much more cumbersome, it takes up too much desktop space, and I've got 1920x1200 to play with. (Yes, I'm sort of bragging there)

....Anyway, I wish WB would read my webpage again.

Well, just because I care, I checked out my own pix from below on another computer, and they look really dark, especially THIS ONE, which I've brightened.

....The background shelfing bit is a bit blown, oh well.

On a more silly note, I got a chance to play with my camera using new settings.

....Turned out pretty okay.

Out of spontaneity I decided to catch the movie Munich this evening, directed by Steven Spielberg.

I came out of the movie exhausted, simply because I couldn't come to terms with the film.

I knew nothing about it going in. Heck, I didn't even know that this movie existed until this evening. So I have no pre-conceptions to form an expectation; save that it was a Spielberg flick.

I know of the events which sparked the telling of this story. I know that in 1972, Jewish athletes were taken hostage and murdered by Palestinian militants.

I'm not going to spoil any of it. I just want to say that I didn't understand the movie, that I couldn't follow all the dialog. I couldn't grasp the exact reasons why stuff was happening, to whom it happened to, and the consequences which followed.

I mean on the surface, I followed it fine. But I kept wanting to rewind the bloody movie to rewatch, relisten, re-digest what was happening on-screen.

Maybe it was fatique, but in the end, I felt empty. Like I spent 2 hours in a lecture about micro-biology, and I was a computer science nerd. It just never clicked nor gelled.

I want to watch it again when I'm not so tired.

....But then, maybe I just wasn't interested?

I hate this.

I'm getting email telling me to renew my domains, but my old domain registra polardomains.com is now some "whois" service. Sounds like a phishing email right?

Well it turns out that it's not really. My service really is going to expire 1/24/2006.

With my spotty memory, I cannot recall who the parent domain registra is. Giving up, I find mydomains.com for cheaper - $1.25 US a month cheaper (Whoopie).

After setting up an account with mydomains.com, I put in the e-paperwork to transfer my domain name over to them. Soon enough, I'm presented with a "transfer domain request" email from the and I follow the links to allow them to do so.

As soon as I click "confirm", I remember my original host name - enom.com

Annoying. I guess in the end I saved $1.25x12, which means I got a month and a bit for free.

Still it means I have to rename most of the subdomain names and stuff. It'll be VERY annoying. I hate the hassles.

So you know what? It may mean that the links going around won't work for a while. I hope you can live with that. It'll take time to fix everything.

....Just to let you know I'm still around though.

I totally have forgotten about internet radio.

And waking up at 7am, I get onto shoutcast, and am now streaming some smooth jazz while I type this. Man, I'm hungry too!

....Eating chips this early in the morning is so wrong.

jalapeno Pringles rock. They absolutely taste amazing.

Two tubes, and after 2 weeks, I've almost finished 1 (half-way through). That's a personal snacking record for me okay? Usually, I eat one chip and let it rot for a month.

I don't snack - not usually, but these chips, man.

....So yuuuuuuuuuumy!

Merry Christmas everyone.

....It's been a year already?
